What areas do you service?We proudly serve Salt Lake County and Tooele County. If you’re outside these areas, contact us to see if we can accommodate you.

Do I need to be home during the service?No, you don’t need to be home. Just ensure we have access to your yard, and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I pay for the service?We accept Venmo, cash or checks.

Is there a contract or commitment required?Absolutely not! We offer flexible, pay-as-you-go services with no long-term commitments.

Can you work around my dog?Yes! We love dogs and will happily work around them as long as they are friendly. If your dog is anxious around strangers, we recommend keeping them indoors during our visit.

What happens if it snows on my service day?We will do our best to complete your service. However, if the snow prevents us from accessing the waste, we will reschedule or adjust your service accordingly.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my service?No problem! Just contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
